On January 20, 2016, the company's Culture Promotion Committee established the "Tinci Love Mutual Aid Foundation". The foundation mainly provides special assistance to employees and their parents, spouses, and children who have suffered from major illnesses, accidents, or family difficulties. As of the end of 2022, in the seven years since the establishment of the foundation, a total of nine special assistance calls have been made to Tinci people and social partners, with a total assistance amount exceeding 80,000 yuan.
Tinci attaches great importance to the social value of enterprises and adheres to the fine tradition of "supporting education and respecting the elderly". It participates in social public welfare activities such as science, education, health, community construction, donations for education, poverty alleviation, and assistance. In 2022, Tinci Materials donated 5.15 million yuan for charity. Tinci Materials Jiujiang donated 4.6 million yuan. The donation purposes include the "2022 Private Enterprises Support Rural Revitalization" and "Good Village" public welfare projects, revitalizing education public welfare assistance in the mountains of Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hunan provinces, construction projects in Yaolu Village, Sandu County, Ma Bu Village, Hukou County, Xingzi Town, Lianzhou City, and parking lot construction in Chakeng Village, Damao Town, Guanqiao Village, Huangle Town, and Xishan Village, Huangcun Township. Other projects include the "Childhood Companion" Little Golden Goose Urban Experience Camp, the public welfare project "Green Chemistry and Youth Dream Casting" in Hukou, the 3rd Lushan International Love Film Week project, and the 6th Provincial Games in Jiangxi Province.
Tinci Materials has set up trade union organizations in all of its bases, with a 100% membership rate among employees. The trade union aims to take care of employees, enrich their lives, and better serve their welfare. Activities include gift giving during national holidays, daily sports welfare, assistance and visits to employees in difficult situations, and regular organization of events. In 2022, activities include public welfare hiking, badminton tournaments, Mother's Day events, making zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival garden parties.
Tinci people have always been using their own strength to convey warmth and add positive energy to society. In the critical period of epidemic prevention and control, they demonstrated Tinci Material's high sense of social responsibility and responsibility with practical actions. In 2022, the company's volunteer work hours totaled 408 hours, including 120 hours for Guangzhou volunteers participating in volunteer activities and 288 hours for Jiujiang volunteers participating in community assistance activities.
